Youth Justice Support
Individualised support for young people with disability who require structured, consistent support, including those involved with, or transitioning from, the youth justice system. We focus on building positive routines, emotional regulation, confidence, life skills and community participation while supporting pathways towards education, employment and greater independence. Our approach emphasises patience, trust, consistency and collaboration with families, carers and other professionals.
Consistent • structured • person-centredShort-Term & Respite Support
Flexible support during temporary stays, changes in living arrangements or periods when additional assistance is needed. Support may include daily routines, meals, activities, appointments and community access.
Accommodation arrangements are discussed and agreed as part of each individual service arrangement. Precision Care does not represent accommodation as being owned or operated by the organisation unless specifically agreed.
Complex & Individualised Support
Tailored support for participants with complex needs who benefit from consistency, patience and a personalised approach. We work alongside participants, families, carers and allied health professionals to support communication, positive routines, independence, community participation and meaningful progress towards individual goals.
